    It has a limpid, crystalline ruby colour with a berries, redcurrant and blackberry perfume. In mouth it is balanced, with the perfect oak wood touch accompanied by subtle notes of raisins and ripe fig marmalade.

    Excellent with steak tartar and mi-cuit.
